Global technology commercialisation

Turn overlooked inventions into industry-ready solutions.

One industrial problem. Many inventors. One commercial licence.

IPMeld discovers promising technologies, combines complementary intellectual property, validates the resulting solution and gives industry one coordinated route to evaluation, licensing and deployment.

Four separate inventions assembled into one commercial technology package Four input technologies — a low-cost temperature sensor, an energy-management controller, predictive-maintenance software and a sustainable insulation material — converge through IPMeld screening, verification and assembly into a single validated package offered to industry under one coordinated licensing pathway. The problem

Good engineering is lost in the gap between invention and industry

Most early-stage technology fails commercially for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the idea.

01

Valuable inventions remain undiscovered

Promising work sits in student projects, doctoral research and small engineering teams with no route to industrial attention.

02

Individual technologies are commercially incomplete

A sensor without a controller, or a material without a manufacturing route, rarely answers a buyer's full requirement.

03

Ownership and licensing are fragmented

Contributors, supervisors, sponsors and institutions hold overlapping positions that stall negotiation before it starts.

04

Industry cannot evaluate hundreds of early projects

Corporate teams need a small number of verified, comparable options — not an unfiltered directory of concepts.

The IPMeld solution

Six stages from disclosure to licence

A single, repeatable process applied to every technology we take forward, so industry can compare options on equal terms.

01

Discover

Structured harvesting from universities, competitions, independent inventors and technical networks.

02

Screen

Problem fit, novelty indicators, technical plausibility and commercial relevance.

03

Verify

Contributor mapping, ownership position, disclosure history and protection status.

04

Assemble

Complementary technologies grouped into a coherent solution for a defined industrial problem.

05

Validate

Independent technical review, testing and evidence of performance against the stated problem.

06

License

One coordinated evaluation, pilot and licensing pathway for the commercial customer.

How technology assembly works

Four inventions. One commercial package.

A food-logistics operator does not want a temperature sensor. It wants to stop losing produce in ageing cold rooms, at a capital cost it can justify.

IPMeld combines a low-cost temperature sensor, an energy-management controller, predictive-maintenance software and a sustainable insulation material into a Smart Cold-Storage Retrofit Package.

The four technologies may come from different inventors in different countries, and may be owned by different institutions. The commercial customer still receives one coordinated evaluation, one pilot pathway and one licensing conversation.

Illustrative example. It does not describe a completed transaction.

Trust

How we intend to behave

IPMeld is a technology assembly, validation and licensing platform. It is not a patent-listing website, a patent broker or a patent-assertion company.

Read the Ethical Commercialisation Charter

Confidentiality-led assessment

Sensitive material is handled on a need-to-know basis and separated from all public content.

Transparent inventor participation

Contribution and any proposed allocation are written down and shared with the people concerned.

Verified ownership documentation

We ask for evidence of who owns what before a technology moves towards licensing.

Independent technical review

Assessment involves reviewers outside the originating team, with conflicts declared.

Ethical licensing

Good-faith commercial negotiation, on terms proportionate to the contribution.

No speculative patent assertion

We do not acquire rights for the purpose of threatening operating businesses.

An invention should not disappear simply because it is incomplete.

Bring us a technology, a problem or an institutional portfolio. We will tell you plainly whether there is a commercial route — and what it would take.
